Five hundred years after the''circum navigation'',like Magellan who left with five vessels, five schools take a trip around the world with their students to give them an openning on the world, on the others and on themselves thanks to the tools of the 21st century. This project will help students learn about different cultures. They will have the opportunity to learn to respect diversity, to be tolerant, and to cooperate in order to produce:a collection of travel diaries.
On Friday 15 October, the
Erasmus students went on a climbing day at La Clape. To get there, we took a futuristic
bus. Our supervisors were Madame Collas, Madame
Tisseyre-Bopp and the monitors were Phil, Eric and his dog Jura.
When we arrived we were
invaded by blood-drinking mosquitoes. We then went to the cliffs to put on our
harnesses and climbing shoes which are very unpleasant. Then we were split into
two groups.
Our group climbed on walls
of different levels. Five minutes later, Madame Collas, while assuring Karine,
broke her phone.
We had a delicious picnic
lunch prepared by the school canteen. During the digestion time we talked and
petted Jura. After this break, we exchanged activities : our group did some
rappelling.
