LTT in Rieux - Minervois, France

After a long break caused by pandemy, we finally met in France. 

Five schools have participated in the meeting.

We were really happy to see each other again after such a rough time. 

 

During that week, we took part in a lot of interesting activities prepared by our hosts.

First day, we got to know each other. 

We got gifts.

 

We wrote in Travel Diaries.

We had a language lesson. We practiced French, Polish, Romanian, Italian and Portuguese.

In the morning we were practising orientation in the "field" in international groups.

After practice at the gym, we went to a nearby town Caunes and we took part in an outdoor game. 

On Thursday, we travelled to Montpellier, where we saw a stunning performance called "Baby Doll"

After lunch, our next stop was an aquarium. It was also a very interesting experience.

Cin' horizon - work in progress

Polish team has chosen "Gravity" directed by Alfonso Cuarón.
We started making a project based on the scene, where astronauts are working at their station. Suddenly, parts of a satellite hit their station and only two of them survive and fight for their lives.

Final version, a bit of space.

Rock climbing day in France

 

On Friday 15 October, the Erasmus students went on a climbing day at La Clape. To get there, we took a futuristic bus. Our supervisors were Madame Collas, Madame
Tisseyre-Bopp and the monitors were Phil, Eric and his dog Jura.

When we arrived we were invaded by blood-drinking mosquitoes. We then went to the cliffs to put on our harnesses and climbing shoes which are very unpleasant. Then we were split into two groups.

  

Our group climbed on walls of different levels. Five minutes later, Madame Collas, while assuring Karine, broke her phone.

We had a delicious picnic lunch prepared by the school canteen. During the digestion time we talked and petted Jura. After this break, we exchanged activities : our group did some rappelling.

Birds' migration in Stróża

 Hello! 

On 21st June our Polish team took bikes, wore fancy vests and went on a trip around 

Stróża and nearby villages in searching for birds nests. 

We found swallows that had made their nests in a local car wash, more specifically under the roof of it. :)

Later we set off to look for storks' nests, we have two in our neighbourhood. 

We couldn't resist taking a photo in our Polish 'Hollywood'  :D 

We had a stop by the shop to eat tasty ice - cream and then we visited storks family. 

Unfortunately baby storks got scared and hid in the nest :(

Our trip was finished with a bonfire and grilled sausages. It was a wonderful day !
